Briefing
— Initial conversationYou tell us about the person, the occasion, the budget, and the deadline. You can send references.
Hand drawing
— Within 10 daysWe present two hand drawings, with stone estimates and a budget range.
3D CAD
— Within 14 daysPhotorealistic 3D CAD modeling. You rotate the piece 360° and approve it before casting.
Execution
— 6–12 weeksCasting, cutting, and hand-setting, crafted by hand in our atelier.
Before you start.
Can I use a stone I already have?+
Yes. We work with the resetting of inherited gemstones and the redesign of vintage jewelry. We evaluate the stone first, at no cost.
How does the payment work?+
30% upon 3D CAD approval, 70% upon delivery. Bank transfer, Pix, and credit card (10× interest-free).
And what if I don't like the result?+
You only finalize the payment if you approve the 3D CAD. If anything differs from what was approved, we will redo it at no cost.
Do you ship outside of Brazil?+
Yes. Insured shipping, with tracking and customs documentation.
Can I follow the process?+
Yes — you receive photos and videos at every important stage, from the design to the finished piece.
