Briefing
— Initial conversationYou tell us about the person, the occasion, the budget, and the deadline. You can send references from Pinterest, Instagram, or family photos.
Hand drawing
— Within 10 daysWe present two hand drawings, with estimates for stones, metal weight, and budget range.
3D CAD
— Within 14 daysPhotorealistic 3D CAD modeling. You rotate the piece 360° and approve it before any casting.
Execution
— 6–12 weeksGold casting, stone cutting and manual setting, polishing — everything handmade in our atelier.
Before you start.
Can I use a stone I already have?+
Yes. We work with the resetting of heirloom gemstones and the redesign of vintage jewelry. We evaluate the stone first, at no cost, based on photos and videos.
How does the payment work?+
30% upon 3D CAD approval, 70% upon delivery. We accept bank transfer, Pix, and credit card (10x interest-free).
And what if I don't like the result?+
You only complete the payment if you approve the 3D CAD. If anything deviates from what was approved, we will redo it at no cost.
Do you ship outside of Brazil?+
Yes. We have already shipped to Portugal, the USA, and the Emirates. Insured shipping, with tracking and customs documentation.
Can I follow the process?+
Yes — you receive photos and videos at every important stage, from the design to the finished piece.
